Victoria needs better people managing her career. Releasing the single at 9PM seems like a terrible move. Usually singles are released during early afternoons so that hype can grow throughout the day and fans can get them to #1. That’s what Ariana did, what Miley did, what basically everyone does. I feel like if it were released tomorrow afternoon, it would do better.
